The Kemp–Jones Initiative exists to honor Black American ancestors whose survival and progress were built through community and shared responsibility.

Long before access to capital or institutions, our people persevered through intentional reinvestment.

While disparities persist,  we exist to restore a lineage-informed tradition of reinvesting in our own.

We provide direct resources to Black Americans rooted in our shared history through micro-grants, mentorship, and targeted initiatives. 

Our work prioritizes economic stability, creative advancement, and generational opportunity.

We strengthen the future by reinvesting where it has always mattered most.
